Design and Estimating

Once you’re ready to begin a contract with us, we’ll sit down with you to choose from our module options, finishes, cladding, and accessories so that we can come up with an estimate to begin the financing process.

Financing:

We start by connecting you with our ADU financial specialist, who has multiple banks who know and fund ADU HELOC (home equity line of credit) projects.

Permitting:

Our in-house staff will pull the permit or help you pull it yourself.

Foundation & Site Work:

We essentially become your contractor, putting together a team of people we trust here in town to prepare your foundation and site for our modules.

House Delivery

Access to your yard will determine what methods we will use to deliver your house.

Porches & Accessories

After your house is set on it’s foundation we’ll finish it off with the accessories you’ve chosen to make it really pop for your location.

Final Inspection and Certificate of Occupancy

Once the city or county approves the building for occupancy it’s all yours! Repeat.
