How do I arrange a site visit with to my property with Chris or Steve? You can request a site visit in your interest form.
How can I tour LivLab’s building facility or walk through current builds? Fill out our interest form to get onto our list, or else give us a call. Also, each time a new house is ready to be shipped out we’ll be having an open house, so keep an eye on our Instagram account for announcements!
Where can I put a modular house? Just about anywhere that a traditional house can go, although individual neighborhood covenants may limit how small a new house can be. Please check with your municipality about regulations for your site.
What states do you ship to? New Mexico so far.
Do you still do custom design? Not currently.
Does LivLab sell house shells that I can finish the interior myself? Not currently.
