We’re very happy to offer you 2 flexible, designer curated packages to outfit your new space. By leveraging our vendor relationships, we are able to offer you great quality and personal customization, at very affordable prices.
When you sign your contract, you will be given the opportunity to meet with our finishes designer, Debbie Truso, to make your selections, OR you can choose them on your own using our design boards and web visualizer. Either way, we know that these finish packages Debbie has built will be a fun way for you to create your perfect place. Trust us, it’s hard to visit her and walk away uninspired!

TIER 1:
TIER 1 Included in the base price of your Precipice model.
Flooring Luxury Vinyl Planks in Main Living area, Bedroom and Loft. 3 colors available. 12”x24” Tile in Kitchen and Bath. 4 colors available. 1/3rd offset installation.
Countertops Choice of Butcher Block (2 colors), Granite (4 colors) or Quartz (3 colors).
Wall Tile 6” Tile Backsplash at Kitchen and Bath. Offset or Straight Lay installation. 7 colors available (matte or glossy).
Choice of all tile or 3” tile and 3” accent mosaic.
2 mosaic patterns in multiple colors to choose from. All Tile ends are capped with Brushed Nickel Schluter metal edge.
TIER 2:
TIER 2 Available for Minimal Upcharge
Flooring Upgraded Luxury Vinyl Planks in Main Living Area, Bedroom and Loft. 4 colors available. 12”x24” upgraded Tile in Kitchen and Bath. 3 colors available. 1/3rd offset installation.
Countertops Additional Choices in both Granite and Quartz.
Wall Tile 29 ½” high Tile Backsplash in Kitchen (to bottom of open shelves). Full wall wrap at Bath including floor to ceiling in shower (additional colors available at this level). Increase accent strip width to 4”, 2 additional patterns/colors available. Vertical stripe mosaic in shower available.
Shower FloorUpgrade to coordinating Tile Mosaic 2”x2” Square or 1”x1” Hexagon available in 4 colors.
CUSTOM QUOTE OPTION
Great care and thought have been put into our Tier 1 & 2 finish packages. While we encourage you to stay within the program, we recognize that there may be times when clients want something that has not been included in either package. Upon signing your contract, and reviewing our packages, you may request a Custom Quote appointment with our interiors designer.
After selections are made, LIVLAB will calculate charges, apply applicable allowances and submit them for your approval. All selections are subject to availability and LIVLAB approval. Additional deposits may be required before custom items are ordered and balances will be added to your final contract price.
NOTE: In order to complete our units on schedule and maintain control of our jobsite, we do not allow selections from outside suppliers.
