Chris will generate form to link to here, which should also contain the upload link. Form info will populate a spreadsheet that we’ll all have access to, and each submission should be able to send an email notice to chris letting him know that a new application has come in. The form will be specific to each job opening, and we can re-use each time we have that similar opening.
