porch design (under construction)

The decks and porches are one part of our Precipice House design that needs to be fairly customizable depending on the main house and configuration (if Pods) you choose. We can show what we consider the most standard covered deck and then go from there for customization. Here are some of the options that we’d like to be able to offer:

• Metal structure with multiple options for the covering that it holds up:

  • shade fabric

  • wire panels for vines and greenery cover

  • solid metal corrugated panels for rain coverage

• Flooring options:

  • deck: Trex flooring

  • patio flooring (brick or concrete), including stem wall. Good for sunroom applications and/or lower maintenance than decking.

• Sunroom / Pod connector spaces.
